I understand that NORMA can now be used with the free edition of Visual Studio. I have Visual Studio 2013 Express installed but on attempting to install NORMA I get this message: "This setup requires Microsoft Visual Studio 2013. Please install Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and run this setup again"

I have the Web edition of Visual Studio 2013 Express installed, but I also tried installing the Desktop version, again without success. 

Any help with resolving the issue would be much appreciated.

NORMA is a Visual Studio extension package, and none of the Visual Studio Express editions allow extension packages to load in Visual Studio. The free Visual Studio edition you're looking for that will install NORMA is the Visual Studio 2013 Community Edition.
