     Dear Sir,

    in the NORMA_Lab1.ppt file is stated that NORMA is able to perform a mapping from ORM to UML, using the OIAL data structure.
    During the described process to map ORM into something else, there is the ORM Generator Selection window which allows to choose a destination language, for example SQL. I do not see UML in that list.
    My question is: what is the procedure to follow in order to export an ORM diagram into UML?

     It seems that you may have misread the diagram on page 41 of the Lab1 ppt slides.

    The line from OIAL to UML is a dotted line and the legend explains that this means "early development".

    Sorry, but the ability to generate UML has not been implemented in NORMA.
