You can use the instructions posted at https://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=3642678 in order to import an Orthogonal Toolbox export of the Visio model into NORMA.
Please let us know if you have any problems with this procedure.

I had bo problems with the transformation of my orm file. Now I have it in VS 2005. Not all things make me happy there but this is another point.
