    Import old versions

Somewhere I recall seeing instructions to import .IMO files (from VisioModeler 3.1) into NORMA, but cannot find this. (Not that re-creating my model is hard, I'm just lazy.)

Can anyone tell me if/how to do this?

    Hi Jim

Currently you can use Visio for Enterproise Architectrs to import .imo files and save them as ORM source models. You can then use Scott Becker's free Orthogonal Toolbox (http://www.orthogonalsoftware.com/products.html) to export VEA ORM source models to XML, which NORMA can then import. ***Matt, you may wish to comment further.

In a future release of NORMA, we hope to provide a facility to directly import .imo files which should simplify this procedure considerably.

    Cheers

    Terry
