Should I be trying to run NORMA on a 64-bit Win7 platform under VS2008?

When I try to create a new ORM model file after the initial load of the NORMA plugin, I'm receiving an error message which states:
"Cannot load '...\AppData\Local\Temp\~vsC40D.orm':
Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.VisualStudio.VirtualTreeGrid,
Version=9.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or
one of its dependencies.  The system cannot find the file specified."

This is normally installed as part of VS2008 and installed in the global assembly cache under MSIL\Microsoft.VisualStudio.VirtualTreeGrid. What options did you install VS2008 with? I know this installs as part of the class view, which I believe is standard with any of the normal language packages.
