Urgent and Important: How to save ORM diagram as .sql

    Dear Sir,

Please advise if there is a way that I can save the Relational View generated in NORMA

in .sql format? If this is not possible, are there any other file types that I can save my

diagrams in NORMA other than .orm?

Thank you for your immediate response.

Yes, NORMA can map any relational view generated from an ORM schema to SQL. For example, see NORMA Lab1 (accessible from the ORM Foundation website or my www.orm.net website). For more details on the SQL mapping procedure, see Appendix A (pp. 157-164) of Halpin, T. 2015, Object-Role Modeling Fundamentals, Technics Publications, New Jersey.

This short video shows you how to generate SQL from an object-role model in NORMA.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
