Hello Karl,
The display of a value constraint is controlled by each individual constraint shape, not by the underlying constraint. New value constraint shapes are created when you copy (control-drag) the original value type or fact type with the quantified role.
To control the display, select the individual shape and set the MaxColumns and/or MaxValues properties on the shape. This should give you the look you want.
