I see Matt has brought another CTP drop (through build 1313). You can find the downloads in the Library section here (click "most recent"). Again, there are versions for VS 2005 and VS 2008. Do click on the information link. The expanded info mentions a number of new or updated features. He mentions that the README file was not updated for this latest release - so the notes in the library are the best option.
From a few issues I've had in the past, I now follow Matt's suggestion and explicitly extract all the files in the zipped folder, and use the context menu to run the setup.bat "As administrator."
